We are a highly skilled team of professionals specializing in leasing, property management and remodeling services along with real estate sales and consulting. We are a full service state licensed brokerage real estate company.  We service residential real estate in Richmond (Indiana) and the surrounding areas. We specialize in managing historic properties and other quality properties in and around the Wayne county area. Our selection ranges from single family homes and duplexes to multi-unit apartment buildings. Our current owned property portfolio consists of 38 buildings comprised of 85 units. Our property management company currently manages an additional 52 properties comprised of 65 units for our valued clients. We also provide tenant finder fee services for owners who need assistance in the marketing and leasing of their properties but who would like manage them after we obtain a qualified tenant for them. Our experienced and courteous maintenance team responds to the needs of approximately one hundred and fifty tenants occupying over 150 units. In collaboration with external vendors, we plan, estimate, and carry out various projects ranging from minor repairs to major renovations for our managed owner clients.
